This is a piece of wonderstone rock that is smoothed and polished on two sides, the top and bottom. The other edges are more jagged with natural angles and points, just like the whole stone would have looked before it was altered. The colors are splotchy with mixtures of brown, orange and red. These stones are renowned for their ability to absorb and emit magic which makes them a valuable commodity.

Despite the difficulty of conducting rigorous research in the nautical environment (the inconsistency of materials, the lack of adequate space and equipment and so forth), my alchemic explorations have finally borne fruit in the guise of a successful transformation; an infusion of the magical into the non-magical. The recipe, as I call it -- an homage to my makeshift laboratory -- is a simple one: one rosaline stone and one augelite stone, boiled in the broth of a potion of magical inference. I am quite pleased with the result.

This is a recipe for creating [[Wonderstone|wonderstones]].
This item can only be read by mages, but the recipe can be followed by anybody with access to a stove, and the recipe item itself is not needed to create the wonderstone. One such stove resides within the [[Druids' Guild]] hall.

Rosalite and augelite stones may be found on monsters in a multitude of areas, including the Astarian Sewers. Violet potions of magical inference can be found by 'search'ing in the newbie fields north and west of Astaria proper, or in the "Primara's Potable Potions" store. The store is located 5 west, 4 north, and 1 east from gh.

Mudlet provides a toolkit and supports a wide variety of protocols for players and creators to tailor an immersive game-playing experience. Astaria is full of colors! You can enjoy the ansi colors in
the rooms and chat channels by toggling your ansi setting on.

'ansi on' enables 16 color mode, which is generally available on most
if not all mud clients. 'ansi hi' enables 256 color mode, which may
not be available on all mud clients. If you do not see the welcome
message, please use 'ansi on' to enable 16 color mode instead.

However, players are FORBIDDEN to use ansi command code. If done
incorrectly, it can mess up another players terminal. Leave ansi
coding to the staff who check and doublecheck their work.

Any player found to be continually using ansi command code will
lose access to Astaria for a 48 hour period. Second offense will
result in loss of access for a 72 hour period. Third offense will
result in the loss of one player level. Fourth offense will result
in the lost of one player and one guild level. Fifth offense will
result in one 'death'. Sixth offense will result in the deletion
of the character.

Alternatively, a player can request a custom title. The player's guild and player level must total at least 40 before being able to receive a custom title.
custom [pretitle <type>]
Custom titles cost one crown. A player can receive a plain custom title, or one with a pretitle type. The pretitle types are the same selections listed when you use the 'titles types' command. After entering your custom title, you'll be prompted to confirm it. If, while selecting, you're unhappy with your title choice, you can skip out and save your crown by typing 'q' at the yes/no prompt.

If a valid pretitle type isn't given, the pretitle defaults to the player's current clan rank.
